Every Christmas, we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Yes, He was born of a virgin. The glory of the Lord filled Mary’s being and she gave birth to Love itself.
‘…for that which has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit’. Matthew 1:20
What is true love? The beauty of love lies not in the sensational emotions we experience towards guys, or as a guy, to attract a young girl, but rather being pure, a virgin, untouched and holy, the awesome reality that you will share it with a stunning partner destined for you by God one day.
‘But women will be saved through childbearing if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety’. 2 Timothy 2:15
From our purity and virginity, we can give birth to Love. Love that is willing to wait, excited to wait. This is just because of the Great Love, born in a stable, that has created within us, His love for pure love.
May your commitment to purity bring you closer to our Great Love and make your commitment to pure love become an even stronger desire in you. Be a virgin. It’s awesome!
But Love was born also to give love to those who have not yet received it,or perhaps, who have lost it. He came to set each one free. He can renew your lovelife to a life of purity, brighter than the shining sun. You may just be entangled with emotions concerning your love life. God can remove the confusion, give you joy abundantly and comfort you in your time of waiting. Waiting will then no longer be an impatient practise in your life, but rather a joyful expectation of what God will do in your life in His perfect timing!
Therefore, let Love be reborn in your heart today so that your love life can be taken control of and be made secure in His unfailing ability to provide the best for our love lives.
God has a specific plan for all our lives and we need to discover that plan. Whichever part of the plan it is, the marriage plan, studies, work etc.
Mark Arndt said:
“I sometimes fear that God won’t be late, but that my own thick-headedness will cause me to pass her by. Thankfully, even a thick head won’t stop God. If I miss her the first time, God will arrange a second time. And if I miss her yet again, God can make it even more clear the next time. We need to really believe that God is able. He will get the job done despite all obstacles, even if one of the obstacles is me.
I don’t need to worry. He surely has a perfect plan for me, whether it is for me to be married or not. Whatever his plan, it is good. And I should thank him for that!”
May you experience God’s abiding nearness everyday of your life. I pray that your life will blossom with the beauty of purity in an inderscribable and amazing way.
